Today I decided to write a post about the Give Away event based on a personal experience of mine! First I would like to mention that within half a year and something I hold four Give Aways with Greek partners, Nak Shoes, Bobbi Brown, Tsakiris Mallas and were crowned with great success! My collaboration with these companies was excellent and the conditions we set both sides met with reverence! The gifts were delivered in the right time period and that our communication with representatives of companies was excellent!
The most recent was my Give Away with a hair company from Ireland ! Initially I want mention that they discovoer my site and asked for cooperation with my Blog! After talking with a girl from the company for products, she sent me a list of the gifts, which were many and very impressive including, hair straigteners, makeup and hair products. So I posted the contest and then within a few days she aked for cancellation the contest as saying they wanted to reorganize their page now. Of course their Facebook had already filled with Likes from the My readers! Certainly I could not cancel the contest as I had already posted up the Giveaway and it has to do with the safety and validity of my Blog !So I agrees to reduce the gifts of the competition went on! Ultimately, beyond that never interested to see if the contest ended, I informed them with an e-mail that the contest ended and a few days I sent them again and of course they never answered me. ! Until now I send them 3 e-mails and I write and comment on their Facebook wall and just went out!
With this post I would like to mention that we all Bloggers should pay particular attention to check the validity of the companies that choose to corporatebecause many times hidden traps that can not even be imagined! Attention then and remember that you are a professional and such behavior should be reported to the customer knows what company is doing!
I would be very interested to hear your personal experiences!
